Enjoy The Rib Room's set menu and enjoy a choice of wine or Champagne with your meal. Available Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner and Saturday dinner.

  • Starter

    • Jerusalem artichoke velouté with truffle gnocchi and roasted baby onion (v)
    • Braised pork cheeks sage and onion crust, Bramley apple chutney, celeriac purée and cider jus (p)
    • Winter vegetable salad seasonal leaves, goat’s curd with thyme and honey dressing (v)
    • Charred mackerel potato and Cornish crab risotto with shellfish broth
  • Main
    • Roast rib of beef (160g) with Yorkshire pudding. Our signature dish, the beef is selected from Donald Russell, Royal warrant holder since 1984 and
      trusted supplier to H.M. The Queen (220g supplement of £10)
    • Pan fried Pollock salted baked baby beetroot, seaweed, broccoli florets and oyster velouté
    • Roasted guinea fowl, crone artichoke, onion purée, slow cooked leg croquette,
      buttered black cabbage and sage jus
    • Crispy hen’s egg, wild mushrooms, buttered baby leeks, parmesan and rosemary velouté (v)
  • Dessert
    • Poached Yorkshire rhubarb. vanilla mascarpone, mini macaroons, doughnuts and rhubarb sorbet
    • Dark chocolate fondant, milk ice cream
    • A selection of ice creams & sorbets with your choice of toppings and sauces
    • A selection of Alsop & Walker cheeses served with toasted walnut bread,
      chutneys and truffle honey (supplement of £5)
