Enjoy The Rib Room's express lunch menu. Two courses served within 60 minutes or you dine for free. Available from Monday to Friday from 12.30 until 2.30.

    • Asparagus velouté with goat's cheese ravioli and summer truffle 
    • Smoked Norfolk quail breast, barbecued leg, summer pod vegetables and baby gem lettuce
    • The Rib Room summer vegetable salad with carrot dressing

    • Parmesan crusted corn fed chicken breast with fragula, cherry tomatoes and basil
    • Seared Cornish salmon fillet, smoked cod cheek and leek cannelloni, baby artichoke and shellfish velouté 
    • Slow cooked duck egg, baby courgette, broad beans, Jersey Royal potatoes and truffle velouté
